The five buildings F, G, H, K, and L are 25 stories high with 2 basement levels, situated on a 19,409.2 m² plot of land. A total of 1,704 apartments are planned.

Apartments range in size from 47–80 m², according to the developer's announcement, primarily two-bedroom units suitable for small families.

Handover schedule: Buildings K and L will be handed over in Q4 2017; buildings F, G, and H, comprising approximately 700 units, will follow. As of November 26, 2018, 88% of the units have been handed over.

Some documents list 27 stories – this likely includes the two basement levels. The approved design documents state 25 stories above ground and 2 basement levels.

Buildings K and L were handed over on December 5, 2017, about a month earlier than promised. By early January 2018, nearly 700 units had been completed and over 500 had been handed over. Buildings F, G, and H were completed later.
