The Pride Hai Phat Apartments

The Pride is a mixed-use complex comprising commercial, service, office, and residential units located in the An Hung Urban Area, on To Huu Street, Hanoi. The developer is Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company, which acquired the land use rights and project development rights between 2007 and 2008.

The project consists of four towers, CT1 to CT4, with three towers at 35 stories and one at 45 stories, totaling 1,944 apartments. The building became operational in late 2014, and according to the developer, apartment handover to customers began in 2015.

This is one of the few apartment buildings in the To Huu area that has had a stable resident community for over ten years. The ground floor houses a commercial center, services, and parking, allowing residents to access the building for daily activities without leaving.

Regarding the ownership certificate (pink book), this is the first thing buyers should inquire about. As of April 2022, 1,833 out of 1,944 units have been granted permits, reaching 94.3%; 111 units remain unissued. According to the developer, the reason is that the project was launched about ten years ago, during which time many legal regulations have changed, so the project's legal documents need to be supplemented and completed to comply with current regulations. You should inquire about the status of the specific unit you are interested in, and not jump to conclusions based on court rulings.

The project is located right on To Huu Street, next to the An Hung urban area. This section is commonly known as the "extended Le Van Luong Street," officially named by the Hanoi City People's Council in December 2013.

The To Huu – Le Van Luong axis runs straight into the center of Hanoi, making commuting to the city center convenient; however, this route is congested during morning and afternoon rush hours.

Surrounding the area are the An Hung and Duong Noi urban areas with fully developed infrastructure: schools, markets, supermarkets, and hospitals.
