Vinhomes Green Bay

Vinhomes Green Bay is located at 7 Thang Long Boulevard, right at the beginning of the route and next to the National Convention Center.

The complex features an 8-hectare regulating lake. Vinhomes announced a construction density of approximately 28%, with the remaining area dedicated to green spaces and over 100 amenities planned into 17 clusters, including a regulating lake park, a sports complex, and the Vinschool integrated school.

The low-rise section comprises three sub-areas: Hoang Lan, Moc Lan, and Thach Thao, with 264 villas and approximately 80 townhouses. The high-rise section includes three towers, G1, G2, and G3, with heights of 34, 38, and 40 floors respectively, each with three underground parking levels.

Number 7 Thang Long Avenue, formerly part of Me Tri Ward. From July 1st, 2025, the old Me Tri area was divided into three new wards: Tu Liem, Dai Mo, and Yen Hoa, according to Resolution 1656/NQ-UBTVQH15. Therefore, the administrative address on the land register for each unit needs to be cross-checked.

The project is located at the beginning of Thang Long Avenue, next to the National Convention Center and near My Dinh Bus Station.

In February 2020, the Hanoi Department of Construction announced the list of apartments in the project that had been granted certificates to foreign organizations and individuals.

The low-rise section comprises three sub-areas: Hoang Lan, Moc Lan, and Thach Thao. Vinhomes announced 264 villas, including 65 detached and 199 semi-detached villas with areas ranging from 150–264.9 m², along with approximately 80 townhouses with land areas of 94–112 m². The Moc Lan sub-area also includes 44 shophouses.

The high-rise section consists of three buildings, each with 3 basement parking levels:

- G1: 34 floors, studio and 1–3 bedroom apartments, with areas ranging from 42–92.2 m². This is the only building with 1-bedroom apartments of 42–42.8 m². The official website describes G1 in detail but does not state the total number of units.

- G2: 38 floors, 720 units, including 4-bedroom apartments up to 115.3 m².

- G3: 40 floors, a total of 1,272 units according to Vinhomes' announcement. The first floor houses the lobby and shophouses, the second floor is the business center and gym, floors 3–34 contain 1,152 SOHO units, and floors 35–40 contain 180 luxury apartments.

Specifically for G3, adding 1,152 to 180 results in 1,332 units, a difference of 60 units compared to the total of 1,272. These two figures are listed next to each other in the developer's document, so it's necessary to double-check with the sales department during transactions.

Construction began in the third to fourth quarter of 2016. According to the developer's documents, the project was completed and handed over in March 2019.

Families need low-rise housing near the city center; professionals and foreigners working in the My Dinh area need apartments with full amenities. Tenants need apartments with full amenities.
